OSCAR’S DELI was founded over 50 years ago by the Fina family. Oscar and Milka then operated the deli for over 35 years before handing over to Daniel and Margarita in 2014.

OSCARS DELI stocks quality gourmet products such as Prosciutto(San Danielle,Parma),Jamon Serrano(minimum 18 months cured),Iberico de Bellota(36 months old) and the
famous OSCAR’S  Jamon con hueso. This range constitutes what we think is the largest variety of cured legs in Australia

From Spain, we import directly, Manchego cheese  D.O.C.,
“Roblevega”(Albacete) with 3 and 6 months curing times and also “HM”(hecho a mano)(Mora de Toledo),Manchego D.O.C. with 3, 6 and 12 months curing times (the latter in Artisan  form).These cheeses are authentic Manchego DOC and

that means made solely from sheep milk of Manchegan breed, fed only in the pastures of La Mancha. These cheeses have no  mixtures of milk, unlike some others cheeses of similar format and color.

We also import from Spain: quince paste(450 gs.,and 4 Kgs.),
quince paste with walnuts(4.4Kgs),white asparagus,Piquillo
peppers, olives stuffed with anchovies in two sizes,huge Gordal queen olives(70/80)Rice(normal Cebolla and Calasparra), black olives(two sizes),fried tomato, seafood tapas(mussels,surimi,sardines,octopus,cuttlefish,etc),and the

most famous Spanish nougat “1880”(manufactured since the year 1723).

We import from  San Lucar de Barrameda(Cadiz)sherry vinegar; from Italy we stock De Cecco,Delverde,Barilla,La Molisana and Divella pastas; Soresina and Auricchio provolones; Zanetti
Grana Padano, and Parmiggiano Reggiano.
